Each production batch undergoes strict quality testing, including biocompatibility evaluation (cytotoxicity, sensitization), material safety checks (non-toxic verification), leak-proof performance testing (pressure test), sterility validation (EO residual content ≤10 μg/g, sterility assurance level 10⁻⁶), and dimensional accuracy verification (capacity, swab dimensions). Compatibility with laboratory analyzers is validated to ensure seamless integration into testing workflows. A unique batch number is assigned for full production and distribution traceability, and a detailed Instruction for Use (IFU) is included with each package, specifying collection techniques, storage conditions, and safety precautions.

1. Packing: Individually packaged in sterile paper-plastic composite bags or blister packs (labeled with product name, type, capacity, batch number, and expiration date). Bulk transport in sturdy corrugated cartons with anti-crush dividers to prevent damage.
2. Storage: Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated environment (2℃~30℃, relative humidity ≤70%). Avoid direct sunlight, high heat, and contact with sharp objects or corrosive substances. Keep packaging sealed until immediately before use.
3. Handling: For single-patient use only-do not reuse or share to prevent cross-infection. Inspect the package for tears, damage, or expiration before use; discard if sterility is compromised. Follow IFU instructions for specimen collection and labeling to ensure test accuracy.
4. Transportation: Transport in accordance with ADR, IATA, or national regulations for biological specimens. Use insulated containers with temperature monitoring for specimens requiring specific storage conditions (e.g., 2℃~8℃ for urine, -20℃ for blood). Protect from violent collision, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
